One OnScreenNow Account, Separate Company Workspaces

Understand shared sign-in, company membership and language preferences across the marketplace and CRM.

Your OnScreenNow account identifies you, while company membership determines which workspace information you can access. Those are separate responsibilities. The marketplace and CRM share the OnScreenNow brand and account journey, but joining a company still requires the appropriate permission. This structure lets a person work across businesses without treating every customer record or team file as part of one shared account collection.

Continue through the shared account

Use the supported OnScreenNow account route when entering the marketplace or CRM. Available sign-in methods depend on the configured account services. After authentication, the workspace still checks company membership. An account with the same email domain as a business does not automatically belong to that business.

Create or join the correct company

A first-time workspace owner selects a sector and receives a starting structure. A teammate joins through an authorised invitation with the assigned role. Confirm the company name before entering work. If you belong to more than one business, use the company switcher and keep the current context visible.

Keep language choice consistent

An explicit language selection should carry into the CRM and its sign-in continuation. The shared preference avoids starting again simply because the product uses another subdomain. A language being selectable does not mean every piece of guidance or document has a completed translation. Use the visible interface and report any missing wording for correction.

Manage security at the account level

Use a strong sign-in method and review the available account-security controls. Optional authenticator setup should be completed carefully, with recovery codes stored privately. Sessions and company roles are different: signing in does not grant an administrator role, and a teammate’s removal should remove company access without changing other people’s accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Can one person belong to several companies?

Yes, when each company authorises the membership. Switch the active company before opening or changing its records.

Does an invitation give full administrator access?

No. The invitation assigns a role. Its permissions determine what the member can see and change in that company.

Put the plan into practice

Explore currently listed advertising screens, prepare an authorised screen listing, or organise your company workspace. Confirm the actual inventory, delivery and supported connections before committing to a campaign.
