Screen Owner Terms

1. Authority, trader identity and accuracy

You confirm that you own the listed screen or are authorized to sell its advertising inventory. Trader identity, contact details, images, audience estimates, specifications and prices must be accurate and kept current.

2. Free, non-exclusive and automated listing

OnScreenNow does not charge a listing or monthly fee. Valid listings may publish automatically after automated safety checks. We may quarantine, restrict or remove content when it is prohibited, illegal, misleading or reported under our notice-and-action process.

3. Pricing and commission

You provide the net weekly amount you wish to receive. OnScreenNow adds a 10% marketplace margin to the customer-facing price. Taxes, payment processing and currency conversion may be treated separately where applicable.

4. Availability and creative decisions

You retain the right to confirm availability and creative suitability. You must promptly report blackout dates or operational changes and must not discriminate unlawfully.

5. Campaign delivery, evidence and payout

Accepted campaigns must run according to the order and schedule. You must submit genuine proof of play. Operator funds become eligible for release after proof is submitted. Release may be automatic or manually reviewed, and payment-provider verification is required for automated bank payouts.

6. Prohibited inventory and content

Do not list screens you cannot control, unlawful locations, deceptive inventory, sexual exploitation material, illegal goods, terrorist content, intellectual-property infringements or content that violates applicable advertising law or third-party rights.

7. Notice, action and appeal

Anyone may report potentially illegal content through the illegal-content reporting form. Operators will be informed of material moderation decisions and may contact us to request review.
