The OnScreenNow Listing Checklist for Screen Operators

Gather the information that makes an authorised screen listing useful to advertisers.

A complete listing helps advertisers understand what your screen offers and helps your team receive suitable enquiries. Prepare the information once, review it carefully and keep it current. OnScreenNow’s operator model begins with the amount you want to receive for the specified delivery, with the marketplace margin added on top. Accurate inventory and a reliable approval process matter more than an exaggerated audience claim.

Prepare the screen facts

Gather the address, country, city, screen type, venue context, dimensions and orientation. Add the playback resolution and normal operating hours. Use current photographs that show both the display and its real setting. If precise location details are restricted, make the limitation clear and establish how a serious buyer can verify the placement.

Describe audience information honestly

Include available audience or venue information with its source and meaning. Distinguish measured estimates from general observations. A venue’s capacity or total footfall is not automatically an advertisement-specific audience figure. If you cannot substantiate a number, provide a useful contextual description instead of a precise unsupported claim.

Define price and delivery together

State the net amount, minimum booking, creative duration and delivery included in the commercial unit. Explain lead time, creative formats and approval requirements. Availability notes should be current. A buyer comparing weekly prices needs to understand what happens during that week and what important exclusions apply.

Keep authority and payout details current

The listing account must be operated by the owner or an authorised seller. Save the appropriate business and payment profile through that account, and use the agreed review process for campaign evidence. Notify the platform if the screen, authority or operating conditions change. An outdated listing can create problems long after its first publication.

Frequently asked questions

Can another person prepare my listing?

An authorised teammate or representative can help under an appropriate arrangement. They should not impersonate you or register using your details without permission.

Can I update the screen price later?

Keep future pricing current through the supported listing workflow. An existing booking should retain its original agreed commercial basis rather than silently adopting a later listing change.

Put the plan into practice

Explore currently listed advertising screens, prepare an authorised screen listing, or organise your company workspace. Confirm the actual inventory, delivery and supported connections before committing to a campaign.
