OnScreenNow’s Two-Photo Proof and Operator Payout Workflow

See how two photographs, administrator review and provider confirmation fit together.

The two-photo workflow links a campaign’s delivery evidence to a human approval before an operator payout is queued. The requirement is one pair of different photographs per booking, whether the booked campaign is short or long. Evidence can be submitted once the paid campaign has started. Two images document observed delivery moments; they are not a claim that every scheduled play across the whole period has been independently verified.

Submit two distinct campaign photographs

Use clear JPEG, PNG or WebP photographs of the advertisement on the relevant screen. Both should identify the campaign and display context. Duplicate images do not satisfy the requirement. Keep unnecessary personal information out of the frame. If an administrator requests correction, provide a clear replacement pair through the campaign workflow.

Administrator review comes before release

The administrator receives a review notification and can inspect both photographs, the booking dates, payment state, operator amount and payout destination. Approval records the evidence revision. A later change to the evidence or a refund should block the existing release path until the case is reviewed appropriately.

The original operator amount stays the basis

The booking preserves the operator amount agreed when it was made. A later edit to the listing price does not redefine that amount. OnScreenNow’s 10% margin is added on top of the operator’s price and retained separately. An historical booking without a verified payout basis needs review rather than a guessed calculation.

Provider confirmation establishes payment status

Approved evidence queues the transfer workflow. A queued request or newly created provider batch is not yet a confirmed successful payout. Where a provider is not configured or its response is uncertain, the item needs operational attention. Do not repeat an uncertain transfer blindly; reconcile the original request before any further action.

Frequently asked questions

Are two photographs required every day of a monthly campaign?

The workflow requires one pair per booking, regardless of its length. The complete delivery commitment and any additional reporting remain defined by the agreed booking.

Does approval instantly guarantee funds have arrived?

No. Approval authorises the release workflow. Provider setup, processing and confirmed transaction status determine whether the payment has actually completed.
